Join the cohort of Allwin Community Service Award recipients for a panel discussion on career pathways and insights. The panel includes Silas Wong T’19 MD’19, Prakriti Rajan Babu T’18, Tom Allin T’17, and Nell Achtmeyer T’16. The award was established in memory of James Allwin T’76 and honors recent graduates who use their knowledge, skills, time, and resources to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Through this award as well as center-led programs and initiatives like Tuck Gives—which provides funding for MBA students to intern with nonprofit or public sector organizations—CBGS strives to empower Tuck students and alumni to leverage their business education as a force for good.

Jon Horowitch T’92 is President and CEO of Easterseals, an organization leading the way to full equity, inclusion and access for people with disabilities, families and our communities. Jon will also share his personal career journey from corporate finance to nonprofit leadership, highlighting insights on lessons he has learned from leading across sectors.
He will be joined by recent alum, Natalie King T’20 to spotlight the inspiring work of this organization. There will also be an opportunity to learn about the First Year Project with Easterseals that Tuck is excited to offer to the Class of 2023 this coming Spring term!

They will explore recent research that they have undertaken on the Business Roundtable’s statement on the purpose of a corporation, examining how companies are moving towards a stakeholder model and what this means for the future of the corporation.

The UK will host the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow on 31 October – 12 November 2021. Six Tuck students will represent Dartmouth at this summit but there will be special events live-streamed throughout the two weeks. Visit the UK COP26 website and the UNFCC website for daily updates.
